Chef Daniel Miller is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. He was the chef and owner of Local Harvest Restaurant, and now Danny’s BBQ (recently sold) and his new venture Barbacoa Food Truck along with his Miller’s Smoked Meats BBQ.
Chef Daniel has spent a decade cooking around the world for America’s elite on mega-yachts, in 90,000 square foot estates, aboard private jumbo jets, and now brings those sought-after talents to Kitsap County. The culinary techniques he learned on his extensive travels influence all the exciting dishes he prepares for his clients.
