Hibiscus, Fresh Ginger, & Prosecco – Three of our favorite things, and the Hi-Ginger Fizz includes them all. This is a perfect cocktail for these transitional fall days – not quite fall, but no longer summer. A perfect blend of tartness and spice, from the homemade hibiscus/ginger syrup, and the sweetness of prosecco.
Make the hibiscus and ginger root syrup in a larger batch, and invite your friends over for cocktail hour – it is something you can prepare ahead of time.
