Services & Pricing

We like to be up-front with our pricing, and although each event is different, we want to break it all down and make it as easy as possible for you to determine if we are the right fit for you, your budget, and your needs.

We are not the cheapest mobile bar services, nor the most expensive, but for the services that we provide, our top-notch experienced Bartenders, and a great resource for easy planning – including time and money saved from our tips and guidance, you will see that our prices are fair and competitive for all that you receive and the peace-of-mind knowing that you’re in great hands.

We are the preferred Bartenders and bartending services by a large number of venues, wedding coordinators, fellow vendors, and previous clients for a reason!


Items Included with Bar Services:

  • Trained, experienced, and knowledgeable Bartenders – with all MAST Permits (Class-12)
  • Full Business Liability with Certificate of Insurance (COI available upon request)
  • Event Alcohol-Liability Insurance (up to 2-million dollars)
  • All State-Required Banquet Permits & Licenses 
  • TWO 6-foot bar tables & with fitted white linens (if no bar upgrade added)
  • Bar Décor (BAR sign, display box, etc.)
  • Biodegradable Disposable “Glass”ware – 9oz., 10oz, & 16oz tossware (example HERE)
  • Bar Tools (bottle openers, corkscrews, pour spouts, jiggers, bar mats, shaker tins, strainers, etc.)
  • All Needed Bags of Ice For Cocktails And Chilling Alcohol (up to 200lbs. of ice)
  • Water & Punch Station (6-gallons of our signature non-alcoholic punch included)
  • 1.5-hours of Bar Set-Up & Breakdown Time at No Additional Charge
  • 8″x10″ Custom-Designed Bar Menu

Staffing Requirements:

(total number of guests – adults and minors)

  • Beer & Wine (no liquor or cocktails): 1 Bartender for 125 or less total guests; 2 Bartenders for 125-200 total guests; 3 Bartenders for 201-300
  • Beer, Wine, and Cocktails: 1 Bartender for 100 or less total guests; 2 Bartenders for 100-175 total guests; 3 Bartenders for 176-275

NOTES:

  • If using glassware for bar-related services* (from us or another vendor) we require at least ONE Server / Busser to help with the setting up, prepping, and bussing so the Bartenders can focus on and have time for bartending if over 75 guests. *exception if it is only water glasses that will be set on the table and catering or coordinating is setting those up and filling them OR a designated Busser (or similar support staff) is included through another vendor or venue (must disclose beforehand).
  • If moving locations at any point in the night, we require 1-2 Servers/Bussers to help with the move and transition. If a Busser / Server OR extra Bartender is NOT added, we can not move locations – please let us know intentions, so we can staff accordingly.

Pricing with Services:

Standard Pricing from May 1st – October 31st

  • Beer & Wine Service (no liquor or cocktails):
    • $259/hr for 1 Bartender (up to 125 total guests)
    • $379/hr for 2 Bartenders (125-200 total guests)
  • Beer, Wine, and Cocktails:
    • $289/hr for 1 Bartender (up to 100 total guests)
    • $409/hr for 2 Bartenders (100-175 total guests)
  • Additional Bartenders at $120/hr – if more than 2 are needed
  • NO Travel Fee within Kitsap County, within 30-miles of Bellingham, and much of the South Sound – if outside of those areas, a competitive rate applies based off of what package choice and add-ons.
  • Champagne Toast: Starting at $70 (price pending guest count) A surcharge will be added to cover cost of additional cups, ice to chill bottles, ice buckets, trays, labor, and table set-up.
  • If doing a full bar with a wide variety of liquor, mixers, garnishes, etc. we strongly suggest adding a second Bartender if more than 75 guests.

Discounted Pricing from November 1st – April 30th

*except December 24th, 25th, and 31st

    • $339/hr for 2 Bartenders (125-200 total guests)

    • $249/hr for 1 Bartender (up to 100 total guests)

  • Additional Bartenders at $120/hr – if more than 2 are needed

Additional Staffing: Servers + Bussers

Elevate services or fill-in when catering doesn’t offer staffing with our experienced Servers/Bussers. Our team will help pass appetizers, set-up buffet tables, replenish food, bus (clean) tables from dinner and beverage services, re-fill guest water glasses, and assist the other Food + Beverage staff as needed.

  • Price: $90/hr for 1 Busser/Server; $70/hr per additional Busser/Server (3-hour minimum)

Only available as an add-on when booking standard bartending services. Our Servers/Bussers are not Bartenders, and can only help serve food, non-alcoholic beverages, deliver poured alcoholic beverages (by the licensed Bartenders), bus tables of glassware and plates, and any other dining and drinking related service noted above, or help move bar locations mid-service.


Additional Add-ons & Upgrades:

  • The Bustender, Bartender’s Bar, true glassware, 3-tap jockey box for kegs, basic coffee service, and more (see full list HERE)

Gratuities:

  • 10% gratuity that will go directly to the Bartender(s) on staff, plus a tip jar will be on-hand during the event unless otherwise pre-arranged. If no tip jar is preferred, a flat rate of 25% of the total bill will be added and given to the Bartender(s) on-duty.

Non-Profit Events:

Discounted Rates for Non-Profit Events are available for registered 501c3 foundations (see FAQ for more information) – please reach out for more information.
