ABOUT THE ALCOHOL CALCULATOR:
Not only will it let you calculate how much alcohol you, or a client, will need for an event, but also what types of alcohol will be best so you (or your client) will spend money wisely, factoring in variables such as weather and season, service time, guest count, drinking preferences, toast or no toast, and service type.
For example: On a hot day, you’ll want lighter menu offerings – so it will calculate heavier on the chilled wines and more refreshing, crisp beers – and even seltzers. While on a chillier day, it will calculate heavier on the bold red wines and cold-weather beers.
You can choose between Beer and Wine Service only, or Cocktails included – and the calculations are set to a default of the industry standard, but can be adjusted for guest preferences.
Heavier Drinkers? Lighter Drinkers? or Average? No problem – we let you factor that in, and it will adjust calculations across the board according to your selection.
